W S Brickwork & Building Services was founded by Wayne Sumner in 2002 with a simple goal: to provide Maidenhead and the surrounding areas with honest, reliable building services at a fair price.
Starting out as a specialist bricklayer, Wayne quickly built a reputation for quality workmanship and genuine customer care. Over the years, the business has grown to offer a comprehensive range of building services — from home extensions and loft conversions to complete property renovations.
What hasn’t changed is our commitment to doing things properly. We treat every home as if it were our own, using quality materials, proven techniques, and clear communication from start to finish.
